In this 5-Week Course we marry the ancient wisdom of Yoga with Chinese Medicine to help change our conditioned responses and promote emotional resilience. We move through strong yoga practices that target the 5 spirits along with their associated organ systems in the body. These practices are designed to burn away blockages in the body and in the mind, increasing your stamina, strength, endurance, and your own inner power.
