Sutra 2.32 with James Boag

In sutra 2.32, shaucha santosha tapah svadhyaya ishvarapranidhana niyamah, Patanjali introduces the Niyamas- shaucha (cleanliness and purity of frame and thoughts), santosha (an perspective of contentment), tapas (coaching of the senses), svadhyaya (self-study), and ishvarapranidhana (an perspective of give up to God or Supply). James explains that the Yamas and Niyamas are mutually supportive portions of the wheel of dharma, and that through placing them into common observe we will enhance our connection to our inside intuitive knowledge.
