Welcome to Season 10 with Sarah Beston


Sarah welcomes us to Season 10 of The Vinyasa Show. This series of intuitive hour-long flows taps into the element of water. Like a river rushing within its banks, we create a strong but supple container for the fluid movement within each pose. We move through variations of sun salutations, mandala patterns, balancing postures, and hip and heart openers, to help us feel strong, stable, and connected.
