Alana welcomes us to Season 1 of Postnatal Yoga. This show is designed to help new moms experience relief and inspiration, filling up your cup so that you can give from a more centered and resourced space. These short effective yoga practices support your physical, mental, and emotional health and wellbeing, offering counterposes to the daily life of being a mom. We practice tools and techniques that target common postpartum sticky areas, including gentle core and pelvic floor awareness, glute and adductor strengthening, and stretching for the neck, shoulders, and low back, as well as nervous system support.
