They say it’s hard not to be romantic about baseball. The same is true for footwear — especially when it’s on sale. Right now, the Amazon Prime Day men’s shoe deals have something to offer every man, including vacationers, adventure seekers, and those still, unfortunately, stuck at the office. Some of Amazon’s best men’s shoes have been included in the sale event from fan-favorite brands like Cole Haan, Hey Dude, Keen, and dozens of others. But what’s the strategy here?
When Men’s Journal first shopped the sale in search of the best options, it became clear how easy it is to get lost in endless scrolling, even with the product filters. Instead, target what you want based on these categories: sandals, running shoes, casual shoes, boots, and dress shoes. MJ went a step further and pulled out all the best men’s shoe deals we could find during the Amazon Prime Day event so you can spend extra time browsing for a new pair of shades or a watch to complement your new kicks. Here’s what we found:

They’re even machine washable.
Bronax Pillow Slippers, $24 (was $36)
As silly as they might appear, the Bronax Pillow Slippers have been scorching hot sellers on Amazon. Grab a pair for your spouse as well for extra brownie points.
Adidas Adissage Slides Sandals, $26 (was $32)
For those who have been wearing the same pair of these since 2002, they’re on sale for $26. Not to say it’s the same pair from 23 years ago that you bought at Sears, but it’s best to update these every so often. You don’t have to hang on any longer.
Rockport Darwyn Xband Slide Sandal, $45 (was $80)
Sometimes dressier sandals are required for beach weddings or summer lunch dates at restaurants where flip-flops won’t cut it. They use a cross-strap design to securely cradle the foot atop a cushioned footbed and shock-absorbing sole.
Amazon Deals on Men’s Running Shoes
Saucony Tempus Running Shoe, $107 (was $160)

New Balance Fresh Foam X Hierro V7 Trail Running Shoe, $97 (was $140)
New Balance has taken over Amazon Prime Day with perhaps the widest selection of men’s running shoe styles and colors to get for less. That includes the Fresh Foam X Hierro V7. This trail running shoe offers as much ventilation as the classic New Balance running shoes but it’s built on a Vibram rubber sole to tough it out against rocks, sand, and nature at large. We wholeheartedly recommend making this your everyday walking shoe because it’s just so cool looking.
Salomon Speedcross 5 Trail Running Shoe, $110 (was $140)
For a more technical running shoe, Salomon is setting the pace during Prime Day. The brand’s hype isn’t just due to fashion trends, the products speak for themselves. This Salomon trail runner is a few spikes shy of being cleats — the traction is insane. The brand designed the sole of this shoe with deep-cut lugs that tear into soft earth but have the strength to handle the messiest terrain.

Crocs LiteRide 360 Clogs, $26 (was $60)

Like the classics, these weigh next to nothing and are very easy to clean. They run big, so make sure to order a size down if you’re between sizes.
