Pelvic Floor Restoration with Alana Mitnick



In this practice we experiment with gentle and effective exercises to awaken and rediscover the pelvic floor muscles, exploring our ability to both strengthen and relax this area. We also target the legs, glutes, and abdominals to help stabilize the pelvis and tone the pelvic floor. You will feel a sense of empowerment and self compassion.
