Olivia welcomes us to Season 1 of Yoga with Injuries. You don’t have to miss your yoga practice because of pain or injuries. A licensed Physical Therapist, Certified Yoga Therapist, and yoga teacher with over 20 years experience, Olivia guides us through 6 practices that work with and around challenges in the knees, hips, shoulders, upper back, neck, and wrists. We play with props and physical therapy interventions within the Yoga practice to help you find support and ease around your injury.
