Chef Erick Hernandez prepares pan-Latin fare with a flair at Reforma. The $59 three-course dinner menu highlights scallops and shrimp with romesco and blistered shisito peppers as a starter. Choose seared Alaskan halibut or grilled flat iron steak for an entree, before an Oaxacan chocolate souffle as your dessert.

The $25 brunch menu enlightens guests about their brunch program featuring savory mole or crab cake benedict or sweet pan dulce or churro waffle.
